Triforce Strategies was started on the premise, any project/program change cannot be done in a silo, but must be implemented as part of an organizational system. Triforce Strategies offers everything from basic project management functions to full change management implementation to help companies get the full value from any implementation.

Maximilian Mao (Founder and Principal)

Max is the lead principal at Triforce Strategies with over 25 years of consulting experience helping companies successfully implement small and enterprise level changes. He has experience working across multiple industries and disciplines, such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, and GSE / Not-for-Profit. Over the 20 years, he has effectively applied project management, change management and process improvement disciplines to help companies navigate the life cycle of change with any project implementation.

Max is a graduate of Boston University with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration for both Operations Management and International Management. He also holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University. He is experienced in several operational and project management methodologies including – Lean, Kanban, Agile and Six Sigma. Max is part of several industry organizations including – Project Management Institute, Association of Business Process Management, Association of Change Management, and Lean Enterprise Institute.
